Initial Consult

Suitable for clients who have not attended an Osteopathy session with Innova Osteopathy before. Initial consults involve a comprehensive medical history, an examination of the area of complaint and appropriate treatment and or management advice.

Initial Consult ~ Children 12 and under

Suitable for children primary age up to 12 years who have not attended an Osteopathy session with Innova Osteopathy before. Initial consults are as listed above.

~45 minutes $97

Standard Consult

Suitable for returning osteopathy clients. Standard consults are up to 30 minutes and are suitable for one primary area for treatment

~30 minutes $97

Extended Consult

Suitable for returning osteopathy clients with 2 or more areas requiring treatment, or clients who have not attended an appointment in 12 months or more.

~45 minutes $117

All treatments are individually designed at the time of the appointment. These treatments, where appropriate, may involve:

Manual Therapy

  • Soft tissue therapy including massage, myofascial release and stretching

  • Joint mobilisation and manipulation

Dry Needling

  • Trigger point and motor point dry needling with single-use, sterilised needles

Counterstrain and Fascial Counterstrain

  • A gentle form of manual therapy that utilises positions of ease to treat the affectes area/s

  • This form of treatment can be tailored towards specific regions such as the musculoskeletal system, the lymphatic system and the visceral system

Exercise Prescription and Advice

  • Most treatments will include recommendations of exercises or management strategies for you to do at home.

  • These will be tailored to each individual, with customised modifications if needed
